The service offers stability and flexibility for clients in managing their mental health needs. Baring Lodge Residential Home is a six bedded with three ensuite rooms. The house is a beautiful property set in the Lewisham Borough of South East London. Clients have access to a large area with gardens and patio area while inside the house has a conservatory space, communal lounge and dining area for socialising and relaxing

Specialism: Adults with mental health problems

Type of Service: Specialist Mental Health service with skilled staff lead by an RMN trained and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse. Clients are enabled through the Recovery Model of support and maintaining tenure.

We can also facilitate early discharge from the hospital.

Our Mental Health nurses often work with multidisciplinary teams liaising with psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, GPs, social workers and other health professionals.

Focus of service: The service offers highly experienced trained staff providing bespoke care plans and service users are encouraged to participate in the day to day running of their home as well as their own recovery to independence.

Hours provided: The house is staffed 24 hours a day providing a core level of shared support. Individuals are assessed for individual 1:1 support.
